Run-of-show
for the whole
control room.

The producer builds the rundown. On show day the caller steps through it, and every operator sees just their own cues, lit green on standby and red on go.

Access is rolling out

How it runs

One rundown, every seat

Everyone works from the same live document. A change in the producer's grid reaches the caller and every operator as it's typed.

Producer

Before the show

Builds the rundown: segments, items and cues, with a column for each department and a code the caller can say on comms.

On air

Steps through it with two keys: B for standby, Space for go. The words are the show's own: Standby / Go, Ready / Take, or a pair you set.

Operators

At their desk

Each opens their own view: only the rows where their department has something to do, with a tally for every call and a “Standing by” to answer it.

Callers can call each cue, or a crew can self-cue with the caller watching every press.
What's in it

Made by people who call shows

The parts of a show day that usually live in a spreadsheet, a stopwatch and a radio channel, in one place.

Timing

Over and under, absorbed

Mark items fixed or flexible. When the keynote runs long, the flexible items after it give the time back, and you see the hard out move before it's a problem. Re-time live. A pre-show runs the doors and walk-in before the start.

Screens

Stage, talent and vMix

A stage countdown for the confidence monitor, a talent view with the script, and clean outputs for vMix and OBS browser sources. Name each screen once and change what it shows from the event page.

Import

Bring the client's sheet

Import the run-of-show spreadsheet the client sent, however it's laid out. It finds the codes, the cue-number columns and the call times, and lists anything it couldn't place for you to check.

One operator, several jobs

Graphics and playback on one vMix? Stage management calling the set? A desk puts several departments' cues in one list on one machine, each with its own colour.

Guests & paperwork

Links for the client, a log for after

Give a client or remote producer a guest link with no sign-in. Print the rundown or export CSV. Every run keeps an as-run log, with a client copy of planned against actual.

Stream Deck

Buttons you can feel

The Bitfocus Companion module drives the show from a Stream Deck: take, back, hold, skip and cue calls, with the countdown and what's next on the keys. Keys can be read-only or messages-only.

Built for show day

The internet drops. The show doesn't.

Venue Wi-Fi fails at the worst moment. Cuetally is built so the room keeps running when it does.

Venue relay

Run the relay on a laptop on the venue network. Every device in the room syncs through it, and it catches the cloud up when the line comes back. Crews join with a code or a QR, once per device.

Works offline

A device that has opened the show once reloads with no internet and lands where it was, working from its own copy. Edits made offline sync when it reconnects.

Locked for air

Going Live locks the rundown's structure, so nobody reorders the show mid-segment. Rehearsal runs the same calls without the lock, and nothing is logged as live.
